How U.S.S.R. national emblems work

U.S.S.R. national emblems track Soviet / Russian high-tier play. Pure XP placement in victories matters more than raw damage averages.

Typical published requirements (confirm in the live client):

• Play more than 100 battles on U.S.S.R. ships of tiers VIII–X (plus eligible high-tier / supership rules as shown in-client).
• Then earn victories while finishing in the top 3 by pure XP:
• Third: about 15 such wins
• Second: about 25 wins
• First: about 50 wins
• Elite: about 100 wins

Wins without a top-3 pure XP finish do not advance the national grade the same way. That is why this grind feels different from a Destroyer or Cruiser class emblem run.
